|This sheet is for the 2010 Exhibitors who would like a table(s) at the show. Tables will be $95 each. In order to be guaranteed a table(s) at the show please fill out this form and mail with your check to Steve O’Neill at the below address. All tables must be paid for in full no later than September 30, 2010. Earlier reservations would be greatly appreciated. Tickets are also available for our Saturday Night Awards Dinner. We are featuring a wonderful Italian buffet. The dinner price will be $55.

Sign up early for the poker table as seating is limited.
The following Form will allow you to make table and dinner reservations via a secure PayPal connection. Once you click an add to cart button you will be taken to Paypal to complete your transaction. We know that many of you accept and use PayPal and hope this will provide a new level of convenience.
