Steve O'Neill and Marty Pulvers invite you to the 5th annual West Coast Pipe Show. This event will be held once again
at the Palace Station Hotel and Casino, conveniently located just off the Las Vegas strip near Interstate 15, and
an easy hotel shuttle ride from McCarren Airport.
After the tremendous success of the last three shows, we look forward to an even bigger and better year in 2013.
Once again smoking will be permitted in the entire show area, including an all new "Smoking Lounge" incorporated
into the ballroom. The lounge will be open day and into the evening with a full bar and comfortable seating. |

General Information:
The cut off for our room rate block, with the hotel, is ending Oct. 9, 2013.
We will not be taking reservations after Oct. 22, 2013
* Admission price is $10.00. (Admission to the show will cover one or both days)
* We have space enough for over 100 tables in the ballroom. The table prices will be $95 each.
* Pipe smoking (only..no cigars, sorry) IS permitted in the ballroom.
* A smoking lounge will be available to all attendees, night and day, also in the ballroom area,
with chairs and a bar. Hooray!!
The hotel has 100 smoking rooms (please book early to reserve one of these rooms).

* To ensure getting the special West Coast Pipe Show rate, please book early.
* For those vendors interested in hospitality suites, we have four reserved.
These go quickly, so again, please book early.
* Please join us for the Saturday Night Awards Dinner.
We are featuring a wonderful Italian buffet. The price for dinner will be $55.

Saturday, November 2nd exhibitors set up from 8 AM to 10 AM.
Show opens to the public 10 AM - 5 PM.
Cocktails at 6, then the Awards dinner starts at 7. The dinner is open to everyone!
Sunday, November 3rd exhibitors set up from 9 AM to 10 AM.
Show opens to the public 10 AM - 3 PM.
Show tear-down 3 - 5.

Awards Dinner guest speaker announcement : We are thrilled, this year, to have Chuck Stanion as our guest speaker at the Saturday night awards dinner. As I am sure most of you know, Chuck is the editor for” Pipes & Tobaccos “ magazine. He has one of the greatest writing styles and a real flair for humor. We are looking forward to his speech, as well as having him represent Pipes & Tobaccos magazine at the show. I hope you will join us for Chuck’s presentation at the awards dinner.
Show seminar and NEW show blend !!!!!!!!!!
We are thrilled again this year to announce another great seminar, by Master Tobacco Blender, Russ Ouellette. His seminar will be on Saturday, at 1 pm. The subject will be, “Getting the Most Out of Your Smoke”. Russ has also been kind enough to make another very special blend for the “Fifth Annual West Coast Pipe Show “. Some of the proceeds go to support the show, so buy lots of tins.

NEW! The International Charatan Collectors' Society will be in attendance for a preshow meeting at 5 PM on Friday, November 1st. If you have at least 5 Charatan pipes with you, please join us at the conference suite. The meeting will be announced in the lobby of the Palace Station Hotel, so be there Friday before it starts.
